André Siedenberg ist Rechtsanwalt und stellvertretender Sachbereichsleiter für den Bereich der kommunalen Beschaffung bei der Kommunal Agentur NRW. Er begleitet öffentliche Auftraggeber bei der Ausschreibung von Planungs-, Bau und anderen Dienst- und Lieferleistungen.
