Prof. Dr.-Ing. Heiko Meinen, seit über 20 Jahren in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft u.a. als Berater und Geschäftsführer verschiedener Unternehmen tätig, Professor für Betriebswirtschaft im Bauwesen und Leiter des Instituts für nachhaltiges Wirtschaften in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft (inwb) an der Hochschule Osnabrück, Dozent für Projektentwicklung an der Universität Osnabrück, Herausgeber der Fachzeitschrift Bauwirtschaft, Autor zahlreicher Veröffentlichungen. ___ English: Prof. Dr.-Ing.
