Dr.-Ing. Jan Tulke ist seit 2016 Geschäftsführer der planen-bauen 4.0 GmbH. Die Gesellschaft wurde von Verbänden und Kammerorganisationen der Bauwirtschaft gegründet und ist seit 2015 im Auftrag der Bundesministerien federführend bei der Strategieentwicklung und Marktimplementierung von Building Information Modelling (BIM) in der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette sowie bei BIM Deutschland, dem Zentrum für die Digitalisierung des Bauwesens. Zuvor absolvierte Jan Tulke an der TU Berlin ein Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen und promovierte an der Bauhaus Universität Weimar am Lehrstuhl für Informatik im Bauwesen. Beruflich war er in verschiedenen Abteilungen von HOCHTIEF beschäftigt und leitete zuletzt den Bereich Forschung und Produktentwicklung der HOCHTIEF ViCon GmbH. Zudem ist er Lehrbeauftragter für BIM an der Ruhr-Universität Bochum. Dr Jan Tulke has been CEO of planen-bauen 4.0 GmbH since 2016. The company was founded by associations and chamber organisations in the construction industry and has been in charge of strategy development and market implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across the entire value chain on behalf of the federal ministries since 2015, as well as BIM Deutschland, the centre for the digitalisation of the construction industry. Prior to this, Jan Tulke studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Berlin and completed his doctorate at the Bauhaus University Weimar at the Chair of Computer Science in Civil Engineering. He has worked in various departments at HOCHTIEF and was most recently head of research and product development at HOCHTIEF ViCon GmbH. He is also a lecturer for BIM at the Ruhr University Bochum.
