Kerstin Galenza begleitet seit über 25 Jahren die Entwicklung des Facility Management-Marktes in Deutschland. Ziel ihrer redaktionellen Arbeit ist die ganzheitliche Betrachtung von Immobilien: von der Planung über den Betrieb bis zur Umnutzung oder Entwertung.
