Biografie

Peter Rösch ist Bauingenieur und seit 1985 als Berater für Organisation und IT von Bauunternehmen selbständig tätig. Schwerpunkte seiner Arbeit sind die Neuorganisation von Geschäftsbereichen, verbunden mit der Organisation des IT-Einsatzes. Er veranstaltet Seminare in den Verbänden der Bauwirtschaft, veröffentlicht in Fachzeitschriften und hält Vorträge zu baubetrieblichem Geschäftsprozessmanagement, Informationsmanagement und zur Neuausrichtung von Bauunternehmen. Er ist Mitglied im Arbeitskreis Informationsmanagement (AKIM) im Hauptverband der Deutschen Bauindustrie e.V., im German Lean Construction Institute - GLCI e.V. und im Verband Beratender Ingenieure VBI. 2012 war er Lehrbeauftragter an der Hochschule Regensburg Fakultät Bauingenieurwesen. ____ English: Peter Rösch is a civil engineer and has been self-employed as a consultant for organization and IT for construction companies since 1985. His main areas of work are the reorganization of business areas, linked with the organization of IT use. He organizes seminars in construction industry associations, publishes in professional journals and gives lectures on construction business process management, information management and the realignment of construction companies. He is a member of the Working Group Information Management (AKIM) in Federation of the German Construction industry e.V., the German Lean Construction Institute - GLCI e.V. and the Association of Consulting Engineers VBI. In 2012, he was a lecturer at the Regensburg University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Civil Engineering.
