As a traveling joiner’s apprentice and Miss Handwerk 2024, I combine craftsmanship with voluntary work to provide insights into a wide range of working methods and company cultures. My goal is to make women in the trades more visible and to actively advocate for non-discriminatory, high-quality training, so that the trades become a place where everyone feels welcome.
