What information are models required to provide in the standard BIM process (Schedule of Fees for Architects and Engineers 202x) – and where do special services begin? The presentation provides a clear overview of the information provided in the “Buildings and Interiors” service profile and creates transparency for clients and planners. Practical examples are used to show how services can be clearly defined and fairly commissioned. The findings presented also form the basis of a guideline from the BIM Alliance.
