The Czech Republic has introduced a national BIM mandate that is transforming infrastructure delivery. This presentation demonstrates how SUDOP PRAHA implements the mandate on complex railway projects, including high-speed rail for the Czech railway authority. Beyond compliance, we focus on digital innovation: cross-company collaboration within the SUDOP Group, structured data workflows, and in-house automation tools that reduce manual work, improve consistency, and enable scalable BIM delivery
