Lecture description
Project report on two school buildings in Frankfurt am Main: One of the largest modular timber schools was built in Frankfurt's Westend district in 2019. Designed as a temporary building consisting of around 350 modules for a secondary school and a primary school, it was completed in just 24 months of planning and construction. Another school is currently being built at Frankfurt's Römerhof. The Römerhof secondary school is being constructed as a contemporary cluster school for 1,620 pupils by 2029 using timber elements.
