The Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG) is mandatory for many funding programs, yet choosing the right certification system overwhelms many of those involved. This presentation provides a compact overview of the relevant assessment systems (DGNB, BNK, NaWoh & Co.), explains which system is suitable for which type of property, what qualifications auditors need, and which funding opportunities can be unlocked. Using a practical example, the entire process is made tangible – and finally, we show how a digital app makes QNG certification more efficient.
