Lecture description
After more than 15 years of implementing quality management on a wide variety of construction sites, as the owner of a construction management office, I've repeatedly had the same experience: quality management is far more complex for many construction companies, architectural firms, and engineering offices than it appears on paper. In practice, I frequently encounter very different checklists, proprietary documentation methods, and workflows that vary from project to project. This observation led me to realize that digital solutions should be developed that, with the help of AI, establish a new standard for quality assurance in construction management.
