Visitor marketing
Reach your target group directly - with digitalBAU's visitor marketing services.
A full booth and promising contacts: Invite, your potential customers personally to the trade fair. Send them an online voucher for a day-ticket for digitalBAU 2026.
We have created a PDF documentUser Guide for you that briefly explains how to manage your exhibitor passes and visitor vouchers online in the exhibitor shop.
The online voucher for a day ticket costs 10,- EUR (plus VAT).
The online voucher for a GoGreen day ticket costs 14,20 EUR (plus VAT).
Only the tickets actually redeemed will be charged after the fair.
Simple and efficient: Sending online vouchers via the ticket system’s online campaign tool offers maximum benefits with minimal effort. Just a few clicks and the vouchers are sent automatically.
Maximum benefits with minimal effort:
- You use our pre-formulated invitation email stored in the system – so you don’t need to set up your own mailing campaign.
- The online voucher link for the recipient is automatically integrated into the email and directs them straight to registration, where the customer only needs to add their personal details.
- The invitation email with the voucher links can be resent at any time via the voucher management section.
- The system records all used voucher numbers/links and prevents allocation errors.
- You can view all vouchers already sent online at any time and track the registration status.
It’s that easy:
- Log in to the digitalBAU Exhibitor Shop using your Messe München account credentials.
- In the “Passes and Tickets” section, click on “Vouchers for Visitor Tickets” (ticket management) and order the desired number of online vouchers.
- Start your email campaign by clicking “Invite Visitors” and selecting the campaign type “Invitation by Email.”

Professional & customized: Send online vouchers by email using a sample invitation letter – flexibly designed via individualized emails.
To support you as best as possible with this mailing option, we provide a sample invitation letter for customer invitations as a basis. This option offers more flexibility in design but requires careful handling of voucher numbers.
Your checklist – please note:
- When sending online vouchers by email, the system does not track who you have already invited. Therefore, please make sure not to assign online voucher numbers and links more than once.
- Please ensure that voucher numbers are not used multiple times.
- Everything your visitors need to know about redeeming the voucher can be found in our customizable sample invitation letter.
It’s that easy:
- Log in to the digitalBAU Exhibitor Shop using your Messe München account credentials.
- In the “Passes and Tickets” section, click on “Vouchers for Visitor Tickets” (ticket management) and order the desired number of online vouchers by clicking the “Order Vouchers” button.
- Then open the menu item “Invite Visitors” or download “Online Vouchers as an Excel File” and select the campaign type “Online Vouchers as an Excel File.”
- The list will also be available in the download overview.
- Create your own email campaign and manually integrate the voucher links into your invitation email.

Advertising opportunities
Achieve maximum visibility – on site and digitally – with the wide range of advertising options offered by digitalBAU. Detailed information on all marketing services and booking options can be found in the exhibitor shop.
The obligatory communication fee, which each main or co-exhibitor pays upon participation, includes the basic entry in the trade fair media.
With your registration you have already submitted some data for the basic entry. You will receive a proof of your submitted data from our publishing partner NEUREUTER FAIR MEDIA starting in autumn 2025.
Please use the full extent of your already paid basic entry and complete your data! Completion will be possible in autumn 2025 via the Exhibitor Shop.

- Bookable for all exhibitors & co-exhibitors
- Booking of several slots possible (max. 1 presentation per day)
- Duration per slot: 25 minutes
- Cost per slot: 1,195.00 EUR
- Limited availability - early booking recommended
