Lecture description
For a long time, the application of the BIM method was fraught with uncertainty, particularly regarding contractual matters: Who owes what, when, and for what fee? Matthias Pfeifer explains how the HOAI 202x (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) was developed in a complex process involving numerous associations and ministries, and how the standard BIM process within it clarifies all the essential aspects. This development is intended to form the basis of a new HOAI in 2026. Building on this, Falk Wagner demonstrates how the combination of artificial intelligence and BIM data enables innovative solutions: Intelligent bot assistants optimize processes, analyze data, and automate tasks for greater efficiency and precision.
