Lecture description
The proposed amendment to the Schedule of Fees for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) describes BIM for the first time and defines a standard process with basic and special services. On this basis, the BIM Alliance comments on the model EIR for federal buildings and demonstrates in a practical manner how requirements can be classified. The focus is on the following questions: Which services are standard? Which require special consideration? And how does this affect the cost, fees, and successful implementation of BIM projects?
